What happens then?
If you accept our offer for your Grandstream telecoms equipment, we will pay for a courier to pick the items up, these need to be securely boxed by the client. Once received by us they will be checked for number, working order and appearance.
We would then ask you to raise an invoice for the agreed amount and you will be paid in 30 days or sooner dependant on the value concerned.

Is there a cost for recycling Grandstream telecoms equipment?
There are 3 scenarios in providing recycling services for Telecoms and IT related goods.
1. Free recovery and recycling of Telecoms equipment
A free recovery happens when there is sufficient second hand value in the items being recovered to cover the cost of time, labour and any other recycling requirements under the current WEE regulations.
2. Part paid - Part charged recovery and recycling of Telecoms equipment
This occurs when there is some value in the telephones and or systems being recovered for recycling but not sufficient to cover the cost of time, labour and recycling under the WEE regulations. Therefore the difference is charged to the client.
3. A charged recovery for recycling Telecoms equipment
A full charge would be applied when there is NO value in the items being recovered for recycling under the current WEE regulations. All items would be removed and destroyed accordingly.
Charges vary dependant on:
Geographical position
Where and how the system is installed (e.g. are telephone engineers needed to remove from site)
The amount of labour and work force required to remove the equipment safely from site
It is now illegal for any business or local authority to dispose of any electrical equipment via the local refuse tip.

Our online shop has a large number of wired and wireless (corded & cordless) headsets that fit all types of Grandstream telephones. All headsets are new and fully guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years. We also provide a repair service if you are dealing in larger numbers.
